Unified Ledger

This proposed standard aims to specify minimum requirements for the design, implementation, governance, and interoperability of a Unified Ledger – a shared digital public infrastructure that integrates tokenized digital identity credentials, financial instruments (including deposits, bonds, securities, and central bank digital currencies), government records (including permits, licenses, and tax records), and tokenized real-world assets (including real property registries, real estate ownership records, and other tangible assets) on a common programmable platform.
