What this Standard Covers

This standard helps financial institutions improve the customer experience. It includes provisions on design and experience principles, authentication, authorization, consent, and data portability.

It is applicable to financial product and service-related organizations. It is intended for use by organizations regardless of their type or size or the financial products or services they provide. The standard is also applicable to third-party providers that design products or services to facilitate access to customer banking, transaction, and other financial data from banks and other financial institutions.
