The Draft Standard specifies minimum requirements for the architecture and governance of responsible data trusts, collaboratives, and cooperatives. This Standard applies to the fiduciary stewardship, accountability, management in the collection and exchange of data, and whenever a legal entity shares data with another entity or individual.
